Column Drill VS 32B
VS 32 B Pillar Drill is designed for drilling, reaming and cutting of reversing head threads in piece and series production. The headstock and bracket are vertically adjustable and 360 degrees rotatable around the column. The machine is equipped with 15 speeds, 4 degrees of machine feeds and with switching on/off the automatic feed clutch. The automatic clutch provides automatic feed shut off, which is determined when adjusting the machine, and is activated when the tool is excessively blunt or bent.

Gravity Band Saw Pilous ARG 220 plus
The 27 x 0.9 mm industrial saw band is produced in many variants and allows the division of a wide range of materials, including stainless steel or tool steels. The saw band arm is lifted by hand, the saw feed is performed by the weight of the arm with the possibility of fine and smooth control by the oil damper throttle valve. When the cut is complete, the saw band drive will automatically switch off. For easy lifting of the arm, the machine is equipped with adjustable tension springs, enabling to adjust the optimum force required to raise the arm according to the nature of the cut material. The vice system also contributes to the versatility allowing a two-sided, continuous adjustment of the cutting angle in the range of 60 ° on the right and 45 ° on the left. The rotary table rotates simultaneously with the saw band. This prevents cutting the saw band into the into the loading surface of the vice.

EDM Drill SY-2030
The electro-erosive drill SY-2030 achieves high performance especially when drilling hardened steels and cemented carbides with a hole diameter of 0.2-3 mm. The spindle is assembled from two blocks, the top and bottom cables of cemented carbides with very low wear, which brings cost savings in production. High intensity of rinsing when drilling, a spindle driven by a high-speed servomotor and positioning accuracy, depth-to-hole ratio of 200: 1, simple and clear operation - all this ensures precise machining results. The machine is suitable for drilling start-holes for wire cutters, mold making and can be simply used for drilling into molded surfaces.
